Research is integral to everything we do.  Whether it’s marketing, positioning, advancement or strategic planning, it all starts with data. 

Research won’t make decisions for you, though it provides an informed decision-making process, a large improvement over anecdotes and guesswork.  Finding out what parents, students, alumni, and community members think about your institution is what we’ve been doing since 2003.  As a matter of fact, we’ve surveyed over 20,000 parents and students during that time, and we know more than just a little about the decision making process of parents and students.

Collecting data is one thing, but using data in informed decision making is another.  Decision-making starts with analysis and interpretation.  We incorporate many of these research components into our strategic planning process.
