Tracy Bennett - Senior Consultant

Tracy joined ISA in 2009 assisting independent schools and colleges with enrollment and recruitment consulting, admission and advancement search services, institutional advancement consulting, and fundraising counsel.  

Tracy recently served as the Executive Director of Treeswing, a non-profit working with Seattle schools to improve children’s health and promote physical activity. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Admission and School Relations at the Bertschi School, Director of Admission at The Bush School, and Director of Development at both the UW School of Nursing and The Overlake School. 

Tracy brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, communications and integrated advancement planning. There are few consultants that enjoy Tracy's extraordinarily diverse practitioner's experience, as well as her wealth of knowledge of independent schools and colleges.  She received a M.Ed from the UW and a BA from Dartmouth College and was awarded an E.E. Ford Fellowship from the National Association of Independent Schools. Tracy is an active volunteer and serves as past president of Forest Ridge School Board of Trustees. Read Tracy's full bio here.
